🚚 Stair Policy

At Play House Party Rentals, for safety and liability reasons, our team is unable to transport equipment up or down stairs.

If your event is located indoors and requires stair access, you will be responsible for moving all rental items up or down the stairs during both delivery and pickup.

Once the equipment has been moved to the designated setup area, our team will proceed with setup and breakdown as usual.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide safe and efficient service!

🎯 Customer Pickup Policy

If you choose Customer Pickup, please note the following:

• Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays due to high weekend delivery volume.
• Pickups must be scheduled for Friday. Please call or text us (773-900-6262) in advance to arrange a convenient pickup time with our team.
• When booking, select the Multi-Day option and choose Monday as your return date.
• You must also call or text us (773-900-6262) to confirm a drop-off time on Monday.

✅ No additional rental fees will be charged for Friday-to-Monday customer pickups.

❗ Important: Items not returned by the end of the day on Monday will be subject to additional daily rental charges starting Tuesday. Charges will be applied to the card on file.

Please note: These tables have folding legs only and do not fold in half.
They are full-size tables and may not fit in standard cars or some SUVs.

If you are planning to pick up your rental, we recommend measuring your vehicle in advance to ensure it can accommodate the full table length.
