Forest Preserves require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that will be automatically applied to your order upon checkout and the fee is $55. Please select the Forest Preserve option for "where will your event be located?" to have the COI automatically applied. If for some reason your order goes through without the COI, no worries we will add it for you. Please give us a call if you have any questions regarding your order.
