At Play House Party Rentals, for safety and liability reasons, our team is unable to transport equipment up or down stairs.
If your event is located indoors and requires stair access, you will be responsible for moving all rental items up or down the stairs during both delivery and pickup.
Once the equipment has been moved to the designated setup area, our team will proceed with setup and breakdown as usual.We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide safe and efficient service!
